What shipping service does Fair Earth Use?
We ship all of items within the continental United States via UPS ground, unless you specify that you would like UPS 2nd day or UPS overnight when you order. All items outside of the continental United States will be shipped with Global Express Mail.

Expedited Shipping
We offer two express shipping options. UPS 2nd Day Air is available for an additional $7 and UPS Next Day for an additional $18.
How can I track my items?
When your order is shipped, we will send you a UPS tracking number which you can use to track your item(s) at www.ups.com. Please allow us one to two business days for us to process your order before checking the status.
When will I receive my products?
We will ship your order within two days after we receive it.
Depending on where you live, you should receive your item(s) within 3 – 5 business days after it is shipped.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If UPS can verify that your items have arrived safely at their designated destination, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, if UPS looses your package before it arrives to your doorstep, we will re-ship your order.
We are committed to your satisfaction as our customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fair Earth you may return it for a full product refund.

You may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot assume liability should the package get lost or damaged in the mail. Once we receive the item(s) we will issue a refund for the full amount of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I check on the status of my return?
Returns take approximately one week to process once they reach our office. If you have questions about the status of your return, please contact us at 312-714-4493 or info@ourfairearth.com.
